Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to have a meaningful experience with CosmicLuv, a service of Arinsoul. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Because our products include both instant digital delivery (readings) and scheduled services (1-on-1 calls), each has its own terms.

1. Overview

CosmicLuv offers three paid products, each with its own refund policy detailed below. We honour all valid refund requests in full, processed back to your original payment method.

2. Cosmic Compatibility Reading โ‚น599

Your reading is generated and delivered instantly upon successful payment. The full reading โ€” including AI-generated personalised content, scores, aura analysis, tension zones, forecast, and guidance โ€” becomes immediately accessible.

Refund Eligibility

Because the reading is digital content delivered in full at the moment of payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a reading has been unlocked.

Exceptions where we will issue a full refund:

3. Voice Consultation โ‚น1,100

A 40-minute live phone consultation with a certified relationship expert. Bookings are scheduled within 24 hours of payment.

โœ“ Rescheduling is always free as long as you give at least 12 hours notice. We aim to make this work for both sides.

A 60-minute live video consultation with a senior relationship expert. Both partners can join. Bookings are scheduled within 24 hours of payment.

Once a refund is approved:

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first โ€” we will almost always resolve it faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of your access to the Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Policies in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
