• Shareable Reading URLs: A way to share your completed reading with your partner or friends.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CosmicLuv. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the Service. Inaccurate names or dates of birth will affect the accuracy of your reading. We are not responsible for readings generated from incorrect information.

You may only enter information about yourself and individuals who have given you permission to do so.

5. Payment & Pricing

Current prices are displayed on the Service in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms as well.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CosmicLuv — including the design, branding, text, code, logos, and the format of our readings — is owned by CosmicLuv or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your individual reading is generated for you personally. You may:

• Save it, share it with your partner, or share the link with friends
• Print or download it as a PDF for personal use

You may not:

• Republish, sell, or commercially exploit our readings or platform
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Service
• Use our readings to train AI models without permission

7. Disclaimer — Entertainment Only

Our readings are not a substitute for:

• Professional counselling, therapy, or mental health treatment
• Medical, legal, or financial advice
• Decisions about relationships, marriage, separation, or major life events

8. AI-Generated Content

Portions of our readings are generated by large language models (Claude AI, via OpenRouter). While we craft prompts to produce thoughtful, personalised content, AI may occasionally produce inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of any reading.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmicLuv and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of relationships or emotional distress
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on a reading

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to CosmicLuv in the past 12 months.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service or other users
• Submit content about a person without their consent
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
